T.Kalimbetova Minister of finance has declared, that she is relative of President K.Bakiev

President/

Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan Tadjikan Kalimbetova has declared in interview
to the newspaper «De-Facto» from January, 17th, 2008 that she is the relative of
President Kurmanbek Bakiev.

- In what way you are relative of the President?

- I am his relative on a line of mother.

- Is it true that Kurmanbek Bakiev helped you with your career?

- I would say: we always supported each other. There were times when he
supported me, and there were times when I supported him. We worked together
when he was the governor and when he was the prime minister.
Bakiev appoints his relatives everywhere. Not  long time ago he appointed his
brother as the first assistant of head of Service of National Security.
