In Kyrgyzstan  the bill limiting a freedom of worship and creeds is finished

In Kyrgyzstan work above the project of the new law « About a freedom of worship
and creeds » comes  to an end. It is already prepared for acceptance and has
practically passed the coordination in all instances. The  Decree of the
president of Kyrgyzstan « About the rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
to a freedom of worship and creeds ». Its signing is expected any day, informs

So, according to the Internet-edition if head of the state Kurmanbek Bakiev will
sign this document in Kyrgyzstan will appear impossible registration of new and
existence of already registered churches, number of which initiators (founders)
in one district will make than 200 person.
Under an interdiction falls any activity which damages not only national safety
of the country, but also ethnic integrity and traditions of Kyrgyz people.

of all spiritual educational institutions. The bill provides an interdiction on
distribution of the spiritual literature everywhere except for houses of a pray
and specialized shops, on carrying out of any actions outside houses of a pray
will be   required the obligatory sanction from State agency on affairs of
religions.  On purchase of the ground for construction of objects of religious
purpose and  for their reshaping alongside with the sanction of local
self-government institutions  will be required the obligatory sanction of the
same department.

Christians-baptists of Kyrgyzstan Alexander Shumilin, making comments on

Thus Shumilin speaks, that baptists pray for preservation of a freedom of
worship in the country, but also going to be reconstructed and serve to the God
in new conditions if those will be. Pastor Shumilin has called all Christians to
support them in prays.
