Minor prisoners declare about tortures

Two minor inhabitants of city  Karakol of Issykkul oblast Temir Joldoshbek uulu
and Chyngyz Januzakov, arrested on charge in theft of cellular telephones,
declare about  application of tortures to them .
During litigation which has begun on January, 31, young prisoners have declared,
that have been beaten by employees of militia of Karakol at detention and
interrogation. As a result both have been hospitalized for treatment in Aksuu
regional hospital. Thus they specify on employee of criminal investigation
department Aibek Sayakov and another employee by name Ruslan.
It is necessary to note, that the given litigation above these minors took place
twice and twice  session of court was postponed because of absence of victims,
which say that they have no claims to  accused, since those have restored
damage. Despite of it court try to condemn minors by falsification, from case
was withdrawn the conclusion of forensic  examination testifying tortures of
two minors.
on litigation victims of tortures were protected by   lawyer Emilov Bakyt who
earlier worked in law enforcement bodies . On a question of human rights
activists about  absence in criminal case of the most important
document-conclusion of forensic examination concerning two defendants, the
lawyer has told: «My tactics of protection of is different. The case on
tortures will be considered in the subsequent litigations». This lawyer was
imposed by interested persons of RDIA.
