09.04.2008 : Pervomaisky district  court of capital of Kyrgyzstan has fined human rights
activist Maxim Kuleshov on 3 thousand soms

The May Day regional court of capital of Kyrgyzstan has born the decision to
fine  Maxim Kuleshov on 3 thousand soms for carrying out of the action  «Let's
support dictatorship ».
According to Maxim Kuleshov, the verdict is born under article 392 of Criminal
code KR « Infringement of rules of meetings and processions "." I do not agree
with the decision of court,
Let's remind on April, 4th at a building of the House of the government Maxim
Kuleshov has lead the next action  to protection of dictatorship against
attacks of democracy. As a result he has been detained by Patrol duty of area.
Earlier Kuleshov for participations in various actions repeatedly was exposed
to arrests, beatings by militias and to judicial punishments.
