18.04.2008 : In  capital of Kyrgyzstan court has already considered  cases of 34 person from
50 arrested persons for participation in protest action.

KCHR informed that, on April, 10th, 2008 militia has detained on the square
before building of Zhogorku Kenesh KR 52 persons. All of them are  young men,
they  protested against transfer of the land sites  of Kyrgyzstan to the next
states. It was first of the peace protest actions planned by young men.
Consideration of their cases passes in Pervomaisk court of capital, it has begun
this very day. They are charged under articles 371 « Insubordination to
requirements of militia » and 392 « Infringement of rules of carrying out of
meetings and political actions » of the Code about administrative
responsibility KR.
In court were transferred cases of 50 person as one of them has appeared to be a
  journalist of one of kyrgyz newspapers, and another - 16-years old guy - his
mum has taken him away under her responsibility.
« While two of our comrades have received terms of administrative arrest for 3
and 5 days. One has already spent specified time in the receiver-allocator and
has left on freedom. Most of them are sentenced to payment of penalties at a
rate of 1-2 thousand soms. Surnames and names of more than 10 arrested and
condemned we informed on April 14.
