BATKEN -  charged in connection to the events on May 12 in Batken oblast Abdulhai Uldashev, which was arrested in Uzgen on January 30 of thic year, one of these days was sentenced by Kadamjay district court to 2 years of suspended sentence.

According to his brother Abdraim Uldashev (he informed on this), A. Uldashev, suspected in terrorism, sowing discord between nationalities, murder of militiamen and other crimes, till the end of April was Investigatory Insulator of Kadamjay RDIA. As says Abdraim Uldashev, during these 3 months his brother was systematically beaten. He was tortured.

According to information of Batken oblast prosecutors office, A. Uldashev was discharged from 12 articles of Criminal Code KR, and condemned according to article 339 of CC KR for misprision of crime. This article was applied only to five some legal basis for the time that he spent in prison.
