02.06.2008 :Empolyee of militia have legal proceedings with newspaper “Tribuna”

Employee of MIA Malikeev Arstanbek applied a claim against newspaper “Tribuna”
in Pervomaisky district court. He says that newspaper libeled him. According to
editor in chief of newspaper Ryspek Omurzakov in article was written about
interference  of militiaman in activity of commercial structures, that he is
engaged in detractive activity. As the court session began plaintiff offered to
transfer case in Lenin district court as the newspaper is registered in that
district. But defendant was against this.
