Investigation of criminal case on the fact of the publication in the newspaper "Dе-факто" is finished. It on June, 4 has declared department of investigation of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, informs lawyer Nina Zotova.

Imputation of a crime on article « obviously false denunciation » criminal code is charged to the editor-in-chief of newspaper Cholpon Orozbekova. Criminal Case is transferred to consideration to Pervomay district’s Office of Public Prosecutor Bishkek, in the near future it will transfer in court for consideration in essence.
