23rd of October in Bishkek during action «Street lessons of democracy» head of «the World – culture light» Maxim Kuleshov is again detained. From his information, in some minutes after the beginning of the action of Maxim Kuleshov he was taken away to militia of May Day area of Bishkek. It is already Maxim Kuleshov's tenth detention for the last year. On October 16th he carried out the action opposite to the government. In some minutes after its beginning the legal expert was taken away by police officers. As he said, today in Bishkek at the House of the government he intends «to show to citizens as it is possible nonviolent methods to struggle for the rights, to protect foundations of fundamental human rights and the Constitution on the present examples». »The legal expert from Tokmak spends street lessons of democracy not for the first time. Previous, also the governments passing at the House in capital of Kyrgyzstan, practically came to an end at once with detention of the initiator by police officers and imposing on it of the administrative penalty, according to power structures, for public order infringement «Citizens can defend and struggle for the rights, it is provided by the Organic law.
