A motor vehicle was situated on crossing streets of Panfilov and Otorbaev and four participants of national movement distributed the newspaper with the program of national movement and upon their return in half an hour the closed motor vehicle was happened to be opened and the fire was going on inside the salon. We have quickly extinguished a fire, but everything inside was burnt. Muktarbek Sheraliev has addressed to Talas militia, but they refused to investigate. The owner of car "Audi 80", with a the state number 25-24, was engaged in preparation for national meeting which will be organized by Azimbek Beknazarov and its associates in the regional centre. One of the organizers of movement, Topchubek Turgunaliev on the road to Talas got unreasonably confiscated his rights for the car and documents on it.
