03.12.2008 : Old methods against opposition of the Leader of National democratic party of Kyrgyzstan "Uluu Birimdik" Emilbek Kaptagaev accuse of a criminal offence.

Law enforcement bodies intend to involve me in the criminal liability on false charge, carrying out the political order. Convulsive actions of the authorities under the relation to me leave far beyond the right field and once again testify that fear moves them.

Legal expert Maxim Kuleshov is again detained by militia for attempt of the organisation of protest action. Today, we will remind, he intended to carry out action at walls of Ministry of Internal Affairs of KR within the limits of so-called ?«Street lessons of democracy?».
