The murderer who has drowned the victim in a public toilet, has voluntary surrendered to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Bishkek, on February 8. (KABAR). The citizen of Kyrghyzstan D.Galimatov living in the region National Chui area of Sokuluk, on February 7, 2007 has voluntary surrendered to employees of law enforcement bodies.
As the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, D.Galimatov on December 17 of the last year on ground of quarrel informed has beaten, and then has drowned in a public toilet in territory of a dairy - commodity farm of the citizen O.Malikova. O.Malikova's body has been wrapped up in a bedsheet. After extraction, the corpse has been directed to a mortuary, the press-service has explained.

Criminal case against militiamen of Naryn is accused of death of the arrested person
BISHKEK (ÀÊIpress) - At the end of January, 2007 the criminal case has benn opened concerning death of Akylbek Sakiev, is stopped by Naryn city Office of Public Prosecutor behind the absence of structure of the crime in actions of 4 employees of criminal investigation department of Naryn City Department of Internal Affairs
These employees of militia have been detained in November, 2006 by decision of Naryn city Office of Public Prosecutor on suspicion in beating arrested person A.Sakiev who has dyed on November 22 in Naryn regional hospital after interrogation in Naryn City Department of Internal Affairs. About it informs the Weekly Bulletin of the project « the Early prevention of violence " fund « For the International Tolerance ».
Let's remind, on November 20, 2006, A.Sakiev has been invited in the city department of Internal Affairs as the witness on business about theft of domestic cattle. According to employees of militia, A.Sakiev, was in the room of the chief of a criminal investigation department, at the presence of other visitor has fainted, then the brigade of "first aid" has been caused. There has arrived a brigade of physicians which have delivered A.Sakiev in traumatologic branch of Naryn regional hospital with diagnoses « concussion of a brain », « a bruise of a brain » and « brain coma » where in two days the patient has died, not coming in consciousness.
A.Sakiev also was accused on theft of coal from city thermal power station.
Naryn city of Public Prosecutor was opened a criminal case on the fact of death of akylbek Sakiev.
On November 27 in Naryn four employees of militia were beaten hardly by relatives of the victim A.Sakeev.
Now criminal case is handed to Naryn regional Office of Public Prosecutor on jurisdiction and territorialiction.
