1.Chairman of Military court of Chui garrison Ashymbek Nurlan uulu because of aversion of corrupt system of bodies of justice of Kyrghyzstan has made the decision to leave in resignation. He has declared it today at press conference in "24.kg".

  « I leave in resignation because I want to make the protest against a situation which has developed in judicial system of republic, against corruption which exists in it. Further to work in such conditions is impossible », - has declared Ashymbek Nurlan uulu.

  Let's remind, that Ashymbek Nurlan uulu in 2000 examined the case of Feliks Kulov and has taken out the verdict of "not guilty"

Clearly, that M.Eshimkanov does not expect any sympathy for Kurmanbek Bakiev, he expects for rocking of public emotions. It cannot be allowed

One more citizen of Kyrghyzstan is ready to go out tomorrow on the towns square Ala-Too in Bishkek and to take part in hunger-strike. Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of KR Davran Sabirov informed about it today at session of parliament of the country.

 

As he said, it is mother of six children Valeriya Liholetova. As the member of parliament has explained, the woman names the reason of such decision that have illegally condemned her husband Alexander ostensibly for larceny of natural gas.

 

« Valeriya Liholetova takes part in the action of hunger-strike not because of political intrigues and not for money, but because of legal caos which is created in Kyrghyzstan », - has emphasized Davran Sabirov. He also has added, that in case the given step will not help to solve the problem of family Liholetovs, the woman is ready to suit the act of self-burning.

 

Valeriya Liholetova in the open letter which was read by Davran Sabirov, asks deputies of Jogorku Kenesh to assist. « Where our country is sliding to, if we lead up the citizens to such despair? », - the deputy inquires.
