1.Participants of political hunger-strike in capital of Kyrgyzstan have passed instructing. Rules of behaviour to them were explained by the organizer of action Beknazar Urumov.

All these actions will shoot by their mass-media on a photo and videocameras, therefore you always should have witnesses. You should inform beforehand to physicians, what kinds of medicines you take. The last, in turn, should confirm, that these medcines are not psychotropic or a dope. I remind, that everything, that occurs in yurts, will try to photograph the progovernmental mass-media. Accordingly, in premises should be observed the order and the rigid discipline . You should get acquainted and know necessary data about each other. All this is necessary for observance of the order. To starvings it is forbidden to leave territory of a tent small town as anybody otherwise will not believe in observance of conditions of hunger-strike by them », - emphasizes Beknazar Urumov

 

 

2.The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of B.Nogoibaev revives old clan system in department, former chief of the Department of Internal Affairs declares

As informed M.Kuluev, on a post of the chief of Lenin DIA, he has worked 1 year and 5 months whereas within 5 years it is impossible to carry out rotation

« Nogoibaev started to disorganize system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, revives clan system, returning "Akaevs" staff. As before posts are given for money and to close relatives », - M.Kuluev has told.

He asserts, that on a post of the chief of Lenin Department of Internal Affairs the brother of the wife of former minister of Ministry of Internal Affairs Osmonaly Guronov is put, by chief of CID - the deputy chief of Sverdlovsk DIA Bishkek and son-in-law B.Nogoibaev. In due time B.Nogoibaev have removed from a post of the deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for sale in Bishkek departmental stadium " Toolmaker ", M.Kuluev has told.

3.Bakir uulu declares about the necessity of full updating structure of the Central Electoral Committee

BISHKEK (ÀÊIpress) - Ombudsman of Kyrghyzstan Tursunbai Bakir uulu declares necessity of full updating structure of Central selective commissions (Central Electoral Committee). About it T.Bakir uulu has declared on April 4, 2007 at press conference in agency AKIpress.

The ombudsman has expressed the indignation « unilateral games, planned by Central selective commissions ».

As an example T.Bakir uulu has told, that on constituency Otuzadyrsk payoff of voters was carried out: money were distributed, put transformers. Proofs have been collected, the video shooting is carried out, these facts, as he said, are transferred to the Central Electoral Committee, Office of Public Prosecutor and the State Committee on national safety. Despite of it, the Central Electoral Committee has made the decision, that one of candidates repays the brother, the former deputy on Otuzadyru, has told Bakir uulu.

As he further informed, the Central Electoral Committee repaired some obstacles in registration by the candidate on district of Kemin to the promoted worker from political party « Erkin Kyrghyzstan » by Cholpon Osmonova in connection with that she several times left abroad. However other candidate, Bermet Akaeva who was not in Kyrghyzstan 2 years, has registered the Central Electoral Committee without problems.
