Attack on known human rights defender
Dyryldaev Ramazan
On Friday April, 6 Ramazan Dyryldaev appeared on TV "5-channel" on broadcast "Maidan
" on a situation in Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, where he criticized the Kyrgyz authorities and leaders of opposition Feliks Kulov and others, including for intractability of the last to carry negotiations in connection with reciprocal step of president Bakiev, his readiness to negotiations with the leader of opposition under the name of the "incorporated front" Feliks Kulov. During broadcast were criticized both Kulov and Bakiev. After the ending of broadcast Dyryldaev has lead meetings with deputies and employees of parliament and came back to office of KCHR approximately about 21:00 in the evening, where he lives after returning from exile on March of 2005year. This evening there was a strong rain. Dyryldaev having arrived on auto, has left at an entrance of a house and at this time someone started to throw stones from the side of opposite home. One of them has got in foots of Dyryldaev. He had a luck, he had time to run into porch and to close doors on the lock, some stones have got at a door. Probably it was a reaction on critique of Dyryldaev, assaulters under the order waited for him in the specified place. After that assaulters have knocked on a door demanding to open a door. Their requirements were accompanied with threats that they will revenge for such statements TV and Mass media . Dyryldaev has come in office from where is possible to observe the exit, there was at least two men dressed in dark jackets with hoods. Faces were closed. Next day two unknown persons came to office of KCHR and asked the employees of KCHR about Dyryldaev, his place of presence and when he will be at office. Both of them were of high growth and sports constitution.
Before on April, 5 Dyryldaev
through mass-media has acted with the open reference under the name "the letter to old friend Kulov", where Kulov was asked not to let violence during mass protest actions directed against present authority, as Kulov himself recently was in same authority. The acting of Dyryldaev was in connection with the statement of supporters of Kulov and the "incorporated front" about intention to self-burning at least of five person. Dyryldaev called to refuse from these intentions. After the occurrence of this reference in address of Dyryldaev and members of his family Gijaz Tokombaev, Zamira Sydykova appeared threats and insults. Threats every day proceeds by phone and at forums of mass-media.
