The statement

Last events in Kyrgyzstan have shown, that the Kyrgyz politicians frequently try to use people in struggle not for ideas, but for achievement of their mercenary purposes. Meetings, demonstrations and processions of opposition in which head stood Kulov, Suvanaliev, Imankulov, Subanbekov and oppositional deputies, have failed, only because, they have actually refused idea of reform of the constitution. Otherwise how we could understand their refusal to sit around a negotiating table, at that time when the authority went on concessions, signing the law on public TV, appointing a prime-minister and other members of the government from opposition, developing the constitution in view of requirements of opposition, thus from both sides a subject of the tender was - division of authority. Other problems touching interests of people both sides did not interest.

Names «Incorporated front» and its youth wing "Kanjar" in which head were generals, associate with military juntas. It was visible that participants of demonstration standing not for someone (except for relatives) and not for idea, they were simply bribed. Organizers used people with material problems, jobless citizens, that is why the majority of the working population has not supported them. The action has not received broad support, as people did not want to participate in squaring of accounts of those who recently have lost the high posts.

Actions of opposition have threatened the achievement of a consensus in a society, have strengthened and naked the problem of South - North used by some part of present authority. All crucial politicians are obliged to remember, that every kyrgyz citizen has the right to live and work in any point of the country, I demand to stop division of the country as it can lead to loss of the state integrity. In Kyrgyzstan exist a number of other acute problems.

Notwithstanding that the authority has shown the patience during the meeting, the followed actions on arrest of circulations of number of kyrgyz newspapers, time cessation of work of informational Internet - sites, lately attacks on journalists, discredits present authority and causes serious anxiety of the international community by these rough infringements of human rights.

Serious doubts causes death of Akunov in Isolator of Time Maintenance of Naryn militia. To kyrgyz citizens and to international community the facts of tortures and similar cases, in various ITM's in the country are known. KCHR hopes on objective investigation of this case and punishment of guilty. In these events are guilty not only authority, but opposition too. Because of actions of both sides the big family of Akunov remained without the father, without the supporter.

I call both sides to stop the mutual reproaches, unnecessary accusations, instead of it offer to society the best, positive ideas, only thus it is possible to find supporters and lead a civilized struggle. It is necessary to finish the constitutional reform and to go on elections.

The main mistake of the November constitution is the condition at which all branches of authority will stay up to the end of their terms. This experience has remained from Akaev's times. That is why at once began problems, contradictions, it was hard to live under the new constitution at old structures. In it are guilty those who did not wish to observe norms of the Constitution and to live on it, their thirst of authority … Parliament of Kyrgyzstan specially does not pass laws on elections, according to the Constitution this actually resulted all impasse, instead of it deputies have gone on a way of acceptance of the December Constitution, thus the main and latent argument was threat of loss of the main post in KR by the representative of the south.

Thus, both sides are guilty in division of the contry to South - north, authority and opposition, and their games have resulted the country on a side of civil war. It is necessary to admit it fairly.

I support efforts of present prime-minister, on ending of the constitutional reform and reduction of laws in conformity with it, for the announcement of new elections under the accepted constitution, it is a way to elimination of a present opposition between thirsting for authorities. I hope, that people will choose the worthy head at th end.

Also I would like to remind of a duty of the government to objectively investigate all cases of violence during action of IF in which its participants and other citizens have suffered.
