On 28-May during conference organized by KCHR and IHF (Vienna) one of participants from the south of republic has told Dyryldaev, that he was suited in the south of the country under the pretext of the attendant of Christian religion and persuaded him that has organized series of the action, meetings, demonstrations against a presence in Kyrghyzstan the American military base "Hansi" in Kyrgyz Airport Manas. The person who has approached him was a religious attendant, promised in case of the organization of such actions to pay generously all charges including compensation of him. Leader of the NGO whose surname under the known reason did not mention also after these offers he began to look after him and was convinced, that it is an employee of FSS. Also the employee of FSS has told, that by them it is mobilized a number of members of parliamentary of parliament in Kyrghyzstan, some parties, lawyers and others and now they are going to act in the south of the country, taking into account more religious orientations of the south of republic.

Also there is an information, that during april actions of the incorporated front in which the head stood generals of Kirghiz special services Suvanaliev, Imankulov, Subanbekov in the main head of the former prime-minister Kulov closely cooperated with the employee of FSS and was the last one who has informed the information to Moscow favourable to organizers of demonstrations and adjusted Moscow to support organizers of the protest. For such actions the employee of FSS has been found and turned out from Kyrghyzstan. It was necessary for Bakiev even to call to Putin for these actions of FSS. The actions of the Kirghiz generals at correct qualification this obvious attempt of revolution as some generals are working and did not have rights to participate in protest actions. It is obvious here that in attempt of revolution special services of Russia have participated. It is pity that Bakiev and the Kirghiz special services are ignored by all these because of fear. Apparently from the infromation of the leader of NGO in connection with the upcoming summit of SOC, has amplified antiwestern actions of the Russian special services. They actively use the relation of the senior brother concerning the Kirghiz leaders using that, as former and present leaders of Kyrghyzstan are unable to carry an independent politics
