In Kyrgyzstan, probably, will be criminal punishment for separative activity
The corresponding bill which was initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State committee of national safety KR, parliament has approved today .
According to the document, to article 295 of Criminal code KR
В« Violent capture of authority or violent deduction of authority В» is brought in first part which refers to В« Separative activity В». Thus, the act directed on infringement of territorial integrity of the state, including on branch from it a part of territory or decomposition of the state, is punished by imprisonment for the term 10-15 years. Public or religious associations concerning which the decision of court on an interdiction on their activity has entered fall under article.
