Several kyrgyz citizens have complained to the President of illegal actions of chief RBME

Several kyrgyz citizens  have addressed to President of Kyrgyz Republic Kurmanbek Bakiev, speaker of Zhogorku Kenesh Marat
  Sultanov and Prime minister of KR Almazbek Atambaev with the complaint to infringement of the rights and interests at fulfilment of murders, autofailures and other crimes the Republican bureau of medicolegal examination of Ministry of Health of KR (RBME) and the request to investigatein illegal actions of Minister of Health Turgunaly Abdraimov and chief of RBME  K.Shadybekov.


As victims of above named crimes informed, they are relatives of several victims under various circumstances of crimes. When they addressed for information in RBME or  for the conclusion of medical examinations, they were given out false and contradicting conclusions of judicial examinations to the valid circumstances. It has caused wrong adjudications and decisions.

Victims inform, that all their applications  and the complaint to chief of RBME are readdressed in Ministry of Health, and therefrom them lower to chief  of RBME K.Shadybekov for acceptance of measures to himself.

In opinion of the victims, new Minister of Health T.Abdraimov covers illegal actions of his  former colleagues K.Shadybekov. " Minister allows K.Shadybekov to fire illegally a number of employees who tried to resist to his abusings service powers, to force experts to write the false conclusions, to interfere the objective consideration of materials of examinations, indulges requisitions and corruption", - is spoken in the application of victims. Using originators of crimes remain this circumstance unpunished and innocent are illegally condemned.

Unfortunately frequently such faulcification on the conclusions of medical examinations are given out as a result of intervention of highly put officials on their    requests either  under their order or for bribes. A similar situation has appeared with other examinations.
To all fault system of corruption and and it's possible that here are interested  officials whom citizens have addressed.
