In Naryn teenagers cut their veins because of militias ill treatment.

This information was reiceved from the department of office of Ombudsman in Naryn city Toigonbai Jaanbaev. When he visited Investigatory Isolator #4 in Naryn city, with planed checking, four teenagers (15-17 year old) expressed their discontent with the actions of employees of Naryn city Department of Internal affairs. According to teenagers, these militiamen during interrogation pull on them gas masks and beat them, severely tortured them. Besides, three teenagers that expressed discontent with the torture during interrogation cut their veins on left hands.
