In Tokmok ( Kyrgyzstan) begins the litigation, initiated by the head of the City Council of deputies against the human rights defender

In the city of Tokmok (Kyrgyzstan) begins the litigation, initiated by the head of the City Council of deputies Bolot Kadyrkulov against human rights defender Maxim Kuleshov. The deputy believes, that the opponent has harmed his honour and business reputation. About it inform in PO " the World - light of culture " and in Tokmok resource center for human rights.

The head of City council Bolot Kadyrkulov considers as offensive the inquiries and applications of the defender. In his opinion, they harm not only his honour and advantage but also of local authorities. He asks court to oblige the defender to pay to him 100 thousand soms.

The given judicial precedent, under the version of human rights activists, can be connected to that Maxim Kuleshov within several years initiated administrative cases concerning officials of the city of Tokmok.
