The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan has registered party "Ak-Jol" in
record-breaking short terms

The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan has registered party of authority "Ak-Jol"
in record-breaking short terms. As have informed in its political council,
registration has taken place last night, on October, 15th.

  As earlier informed news agency "24.kg", yesterday, on Monday, in the National
philharmonic society has passed a national forum of supporters of Movement "For
the Constitution, reforms and development", then has been declared creation of
new party, and later to the first constituent congress of the organization has
arrived the president of country Kurmanbek Bakiev.
  By the evening Ministry of Justice KR reported that it has registered party
"Ak-Jol".

  In political council of created organization underline, that  only on October,
15th  to this party entered 1 thousand 35 persons.

At the same time KCHR  can not get a registration from the moment of coming to
power of Bakiev (the letter addressed to Bakiev has been directed by Dyryldaev
in May of 2005 year, in which he asked to rehabilitate the employees of KCHR
that were exposed to prosecution during Akaev’s times  and to register KCHR
under presidency of Dyryldaev) Bakiev is taking  revenge only for that
chairman of KCHR Dyryldaev acting at forum of NGO’s  (in April, 2005) has
doubted carrying out the constitutional reform by Bakiev, because he  was one
of colleagues of Akaev, criticized his promise to struggle with corruption,  as
from the moment of coming to authority he has started to appoint on  state posts
his relatives, Mr. Aitbaev  was appointed as the chairman of KGB. In  Summer of
this year KCHR twice submitted to the Ministry of Justice to register under the
name "the International league for human rights” and twice it was refused in
registration.
