Fergana. Ru.  the Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city
of Osh threatens a local broadcasting company "Attics-TV" ("NTV-42") with
opening of criminal case and even closing of this organisation for display of
the transfer devoted to memory of journalist Alisher Saipov, killed on October,
24th. The information on it on Monday, October, 29th, referring to the
journalist of a broadcasting company, the author and the leader of the program
"Resonance" Hulkar Isamova was released by the Osh resource centre of
mass-media.

«I and our director Zhavlon Mirzahodzhaev  to 10.am invited to chief of the
Department of Internal Affairs of city of Osh Rustam Myrzamatov, - quote Hulkar
Isamova in dispatch of the centre of mass-media. - he accuses a broadcasting
company that we stir to a course of investigation on case about murder of
journalist Alisher Saipov, and he has threatened to open criminal case against
us».

As «Fergana.Ru” informed earlier, on Sunday,  October, 28th, the broadcasting
company  "Attics-TV" has organised the transfer "Resonance" devoted to memory
of A.Saipov. In it local journalists told about the lost journalist, his
professional advantages and human qualities. Journalists also showed discontent
with work of law enforcement bodies.

In Kyrgyzstan journalists urge to declare boycott to employees of militia. With
such reference to workers of mass media have acted the newspaper «freedom
Voice» and Public association "Journalists".

They explain their initiative by this: «only in 2007 is registered more than 10
facts of physical violence concerning journalists». «Despite statements of law
enforcement bodies that they make all efforts on search of attacking, nobody
was not punished. It  is improbable, that guilty will be ever found», - authors
of the message consider.


In the letter it is noticed, that impunity generates feeling of permissiveness.
«it  was not necessary to wait long, that inactivity and idleness of militia
brought results. Kyrgyzstan has lost one of the most talented journalists», -
say human rights defenders, about the Alisher Saipov's murder.
