As it is already known, in Bishkek on November, 10th on square Alatoo near a
monument of Freedom, employees of militia have detained 6 participants of the
action against dictatorship: the head of "the Tokmok resource centre" Maxim
Kuleshov, the president of public association "Our century" Chynara Aitbaeva
and  members of party of Green's  Anara Sultangazieva, Tilek Sydykov, Kanybek
Sarymsakov and Nargiza Abdyldaeva. All of them are recognised as guilty in
infringement of administrative code,  on forged by employees of militia cases
and were punished in Pervomaisk court by "prevention". Below is given details
of  judicial process.
  on November 13, 2007 in Pervomaisk regional court has taken place investigation
concerning two participants of the action "Tell to dictatorship NO", Tilek
Sydykov and nargiza Abdyldavea. Process over T.Sydykov is postponed for,
November, 14th, 2007. During court over N.Abdyldaeva, she did not recognise
fault, having declared, that her rights have been broken - the detention
reasons are not explained, militia have not admitted to lawyer to visit her,
she was held in custody more than 6 hours, instead of lawful - three. Also the
witness for the defence of incident has informed, that participants of meeting
have been detained by order of the Deputy minister of internal affairs Temirka
Subanov,  who has obscenely screamed on square Alatoo  - «Take all of
them...!».

Nevertheless, court have sentenced N.Abdyldaeva to the official penalty in the
form of the prevention. Participants of the action «Tell to dictatorship-NO!» -
the vice-president of Party of green's Anara Sultangazieva and the head of
public association «Tokmok resource centre» Maxim Kuleshov - are recognised
guilty in an administrative offence.

21-year-old Tilek Sydykov. His case has been considered, on November, 14th in
Pervomaisk regional court by judge Kubanychbek Sulajmanov.

The member of party of Green's Tilek Sydykov is accused under article 371 of the
Code about administrative responsibility. To him is appointed punishment in the
form of the prevention .

Such decision was taken out concerning both od them by May Day regional court of
Bishkek on November, 16th, 2007. On it to agency AKIpress informed the lawyer of
accused Nurbek Toktakunov. A.Sultangazieva and M.Kuleshov are recognised guilty
in that they have rendered disobedience to legal requirements of employees of
militia to remove the caricatures containing not acceptable gestures which they
have hanged out in Bishkek on square Alatoo during the action on November, 10th.
