The authorities of Kyrgyzstan to please Uzbek regime  give out innocent Kyrgyz
citizens.
  Today under guards in Uzbekistan are about three hundred citizens of Kyrgyzstan
condemned or accused of different crimes. unfortunately it is impossible to
receive any data about them. below is given one example of such case that
became known.

In Tashkent prison contains one Kyrgyz lawyer - the mandatory refugee of the
United Nations.

In the Tashkent prison contains the native of the city of Osh, the professional
lawyer from Kyrgyzstan Saidkamol Ahmedov, who received certificate of the
refugee five months ago.  About it  news agency «Fergana.Ru» was informed by
son of the lawyer Saidzhamol Ahmedov.

After reception of the certificate of the refugee the lawyer lived in the Kazakh
city Almaty. On September, 5th, 2007 he has been detained on demand of Kyrgyz
party in Tashkent,  where he  arrived to his family, who  lived with his
mother-in-law. Now Ahmedov  is in Tashkent prison where has been put right
after detention.

In the letter of State Office of Public Prosecutor of Kyrgyzstan from the
October, 9th, addressed to the son of the detained lawyer it is said, that “…
to the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Republic Uzbekistan according to...
  Convention «About legal aid and legal relations on civil, family and criminal
cases» from 22.01.1993 brought  the petition for S.Ahmedov's giving out to call
to criminal liability in territory of Kyrgyz Republic».

Saidkamol Ahmedov received the certificate of the refugee of UNHCR in June,
2007, a year later after the reference in the international organisation. «My
father is under protection of the mandate of the United Nations, therefore he
cannot be given out to  the authorities of Kyrgyzstan», - says son of the
lawyer.

According to Saidzhamol Ahmedov, his father for long time was exposed to
prosecutions of the authorities of Kyrgyzstan for his lawyer activity. In June,
2007 against lawyer Saidkamol Ahmedov was opened criminal case. «Criminal case
against him was opened illegally, - says  Ahmedov younger, he is also engaged
in lawyer activity. - as in the case were not criminal, but civil-law
relations».

In the autumn of the past 2006, the lawyer directed the open letter addressed to
the president and to prime minister of Kyrgyzstan. In it he, in particular,
wrote, that only in criminal case from 10.06.2005, illegally opened against him
for civil legal relations, «bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor and court
deliberately admited 42 infringements of articles of Criminal procedural code
of Kyrgyzstan, 12 articles of the Constitution of the country, 10 articles of
the international documents». In the reference the lawyer asked to take
measures and to give answers to his  complaints and statements that is provided
by the current Legislation of Kyrgyzstan. However he did not receive answers.
