As informed lider of NGO "Kylym Shamy" Ms. Aziza Abdrasulova -
"Ulukbek Osmonov was strongly beaten by militia employees. he is strongly
injured. Ulukbek Osmonov was arrested on November 26 in Taraz city of
Kazahkstan when he was in Department of refugess of UN, by employees of militia
of Manas district and Kazakh militiamen. Now he is in Isolator of Time
Maitenance. He needs urgent medical help. But doctors are not admited to visit
