The telecasting of TV channel “September” does not work in Zhalalabad.

The TV channel criticizing authorities is prosecuted. In the night from December
9 to 10 to forest square where is located its tower arrived car “Niva” without
state identification numbers in it were 3 men.  But they run away when they saw
20 men guarding the TV channel. About it informed director of channel in the
south Asylbek Tekebaev. According to him, today the channel did not worked in
center of oblast. In opinion of specialists it is possible that special
equipment that muffle signal can be established. Head of oblast and
communication controllers declared about their non participation in this. On
December 3-5 arbitrate court of Zhalalabad born a decision, according to which
the order of local administration about giving for rent the land to Asylbek
Tekebaev is cancelled and the TV tower must be removed.
