In Nookat area of Osh oblast of Kyrgyzstan was beaten nead of staff of party
“Ata Meken” Abdunasir Juraev. About it informs press-service of this party.
Head staff of party “Ata Meken”  received an information that to its staff in
village Jany Nookat of Nookat area rushed in 5 unknown men and have beaten
assistant of head of the staff Abdunasir Juraev. Besides these men smashed up
furniture of staff and have taken away all agitation materials, including
leaflets, agitation posters and flags of party “Ata Meken”. It is known that
attacking men have gone on black “Mercedes” with state identification numbers
B4604N, beforehand they said that soon here will be staff of “Ak Jol”, informs
press-service of social party “Ata Meken”. Abdunasir Juraev was hospitalized.
Preliminary medical examination has shown that his kidneys are seriously
damaged.
Presidents party “Ak Jol” at the head of Baekova and Madumarov in its election
campaign stakes not only on administrative resource, total falsehood but on
bandits too! Using criminals in “agitation”, they think that people will love
them. everywhere at places of agitation of other parties, appear criminals
dressed like “sportsmen”  with militia. It is usual reaction of our officials,
which declare that they are not engaged in work with organized groups of
criminals, in fact they use their help in such moments not thinking of
consequences, they only wish to gain favor before management.

In November State Automobile Inspection not allowed spend agitation on cars with
amplifiers to party “Ata Meken”. Management of MIA informed that they work on
the basis of Decision of Government #160 from November 5. in turn party “Ata
Meken” made a statement that limitations in this Decision are concerning cars
that are in special service, and there are no limitations concerning ordinary
cars, so restrictions of MIA are illegal.
Today man represented himself as Nurlan Japarov, brother of minister of
financing Akylbek Japarov, came to staff of “Ata Meken” in village Karatoo of
Kochkor area, he tried to agitate members of staff to pass to “Ak Jol” and
offered money to them. about it to radio “Azzattyk” informed representative of
staff Asein Saralaev.

2. in Bishkek inter-district court continues trial  at the suit of Office of
Public Prosecutor to SDPK about reparation of damages at the rate of more than
20 million soms, caused by elimination of circulation of electoral bulletins.
Earlier was informed that Executive secretary of SDPK and member of CEC with
right of deliberative vote Edil Baisalov, placed in his internet-blog copy of
blanc of electoral bulletin, prepared for voting on prescheduled parliament
elections on December 16 2007. This became a reason for elimination of 2,7
millions of prepared bulletin copies and of reference of CEC KR to supervising
body with demand to compensate damages. Judge of Bishkek inter-district court
of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Karasartov confirmed the fact of arrest of settlement
account of SDPK.

Edil Baisalov, the executive secretary of SDPK, as he does not appear in
investigating bodies, from the moment of opening a criminal case against him.
