on December 23 in Bishkek were attacked young men from youth movement "Dilgir",
which were participants of action "I don't believe". About it informed
co-chairman of Alliance of liberal youth "Free generation" Mirsuljan
Namazaliev. According to him, young men were attacked by unknown men, which ran
away. In result of an attack suffered girl-participant A. Asanbaeva (18 years).
Participants of action think that it is connected with organization of action
and protest against falsification on parliament elections.


The Court refused to Ata Meken in satisfaction of claim against CEC
Pervomayski dictrict court of Bishkek, at head of judge Madina Davletalieva on
sunday, December 23 2007,  refused to party Ata Meken in satisfaction of its
claim against CEC. Let's remind that party Ata Meken addressed to court with
claim to re-consider the results of elections announced by CEC. "We presented
to court proofs of that in Osh city, were received more than 3000 votes.
However, judge of Pervomayski court Madina Davletalieva born not fair decision
and refused to satisfy our claim, although representatives of CEC did not
participate in court.
This decision was planned before and judge not looking at the fact that all
proofs were evident to party Ata Meken, was for the other party,- said Asiya
Sasykbaeva.
