On December 20, near the building of CEC and on square Alatoo in Bishkek were
detained participants of action “I don’t believe”, which in isolator of CMIA
where passed assize court, were judged for 5-7 days of arrest. Condemned
women-human rights activists Tolekan Ismailova, Nazgul Turdubekova and others
are in terrible insanitation.

These people showed their dissatisfaction with result of election passed on
December 16 in Kyrgyzstan. Participants of action hold in hands papers of
format A4 on which was written “I don’t believe in results of elections passed
on December 16”. Court session passed in close mode.

In Osh city court were considered cases of 9 supporters of religious-extremist
party “Hizb ut Tahrir”, detained on December 19 during celebration of Kurman
ayt. About it referring to data of MIA informs press service of mayoralty of
south capital.

For  disorderly conduct for 1000 soms fined inhabitants of city Osh – Hasanbai
Yakubov, Mahamadusup Ahmadjanov, Muhabat Amanova, inhabitants of Karasuu area –
Umar Mamajanov and Marguba Kochkorova, Ismail Mirzamatov. Osh inhabitant –
Sardar Mahmudov fined for 500 soms. Inhabitants of Karasuu area – Ahmadillo
Teshebaev and Saidarbai Toichiev arrested for 5 days.

today on December 21, in many areas of country passed protest actions – of
disagreement of people with falsificated result of elections, practically,
every citizen blame actions of authorities. In the morning we by chance found
out about session of summing up of elections results, we were not informed
about it,- tells Cholpon Djakupova. I found a way to come to this session. To
this moment Klara Kabilova (head of CEC) already turned to second question. And
first, as it appeared, was about infringements during elections. I asked: “why
to official session of CEC do not let  empowered person of our party? And we
were not informed about this session?”.  To this Klara Kabilova said, that I
should stop to “make noise” and warned that I will be expelled from hall, where
passed session. The thing is that, she knows that we have mass of proofs of
infringements and for sure we will rise these questions. There were
representatives of Kyrgyz and international Mass media, which were very
interested, how head of CEC will announce results of “the most  honest
parliamentary election in Kyrgyzstan”.

Details of incident according to  representative of Ata Meken

  Cholpon Djakupova: “In my hands were more than 400 acts about infringements,
gathered only in Bishkek. Of cource, this data would “damage the picture”,
which head of CEC Klara Kabilova wanted to represent to journalists. I demanded
from Erik that he should come on 4 floor to session, and started to call him. He
picked up and said only: “Cholpon Idinovna they are beating me!” I run down on 1
floor and saw Erik, he was sitting on the ground, his clothes was draggled by
footprints. It turned out that he seep through cordon of militiamen and run to
4 floor. They catch up him and having knock him off his feet  started to kick
him. I immediately called to everybody and went up to hall of session, to
inform journalists about happened. However the door was closed from inside, I
knock at the door, came out bodyguard of Klara Kabilova – Aref and having
pushed me he said if I will no go away I’ll have big problems. He called two
militiamen, but they did not touch me. Then he threatened them and called  more
10 militiamen. I was compelled to leave building under  escort of 12 militiamen.
Being official representative of party, I could not participate in session, on
which were announced official results of elections. Erik passes medical
examination“.
