In Tashkent at attempt of carrying out of protest action,  is detained legal expert Elena Urlaeva. 

 

On fourth of January at attempt of carrying out of picket near Central administrative board of execution of punishments,  is detained known Uzbekistan legal expert Elena Urlaeva. On picket she has left as a token of the protest against a placing of the arrested in December Nadira Hidoyatova (the coordinator  of oppositional      " the Solar coalition ") in special cellar of Tash prison. Thus, the first protest action which is taken place in new 2006, has ended with detention of its unique participant.
