Being in custody, on the incriminated case, the coordinator of the coalition " Solar Uzbekistan " Nodira Hidoyatova has been transferred in special cellar of Tash prison. Conditions of the maintenance of prisoners in this cellar, are awful, even for cellars of inquisition of the Middle Ages. Prisoners go on the water, only one it speaks for itself. And this occur in the country where, the president of the republic, the coming year declared as year of health. Most likely inquisitors from investigatory Management of the State Office of Public Prosecutor, use a state of health of persons under investigation at all in other purposes, namely - with a view of finishing them up to despair, pressure, threats and blackmail.
Nodira Hidoyatova is exposed to pressure from the inspector Yuldashev,  which for the sake of fast result in every possible way blackmails her.  
Inspector Yuldashev all time refuses to give to lawyers the materials of investigation on this "case". He have aspire to close it more quickly and to give all materials to court as they were made. Obviosly, they have what to hide from lawyers and public. After these threats and pressure, Nodira Hidoyatova has refused of services of lawyers. Committee "discharge of prisoners of conscience" are very revolted by these scandalous lawlessness and vandalism. Law enforcement bodies of Uzbekistan once again discredit Uzbekistan and its governors before
world community. Uzbek law enforcement bodies, being guided by a policy of the government, in every possible way ignore the international community in the field of observance of human rights. But all in the world changes, and changes to best, but no any evil deeds and
rough infringements of human rights and persons, are never forgotten. Punishment, as a kind of a severe penalty, overtake all, who is guilty of it. Whom the divine penalty, whom the international court in the Hague, and many fair national court. An events, happening in the world can be bright certificate to this process.
We, to all obedient executors of another's will, on behalf of inspectors  of the State Offices of Public Prosecutor and other employees of law enforcement bodies, would advise to listen to it and strictly to observe established international laws on observance of human rights. As all these
laws, in due time have been signed by the government of Uzbekistan. Nobody can avoid fair trial  and in it there is no limitation period.
We demand immediate clearing of Nadira Hidoyatova  and carrying out of independent medical examination of  her health!
We demand to clear numbers of law enforcement bodies from newly appeared inquisitors!
