City inhabitant of Balykchi Tursunbek Mambetkulov has told, that has been detained by employees of Karakol city department of Internal Affairs almost one and a half year ago - on November, 25th, 2004, on suspicion in murder. First some days after detention, one of operative employees of militia persuaded Tursunbek to take this murder on himself. Then, have started to beat him by hands and legs. Mambetkulov has told to legal experts, that in January of last year him and one more arrested person, a certain Timur Seitov, have transferred in the chamber ¹ 2, which preliminary on 10 centimeters has been filled by water. In court, have been shown the video shootings about a present condition of the chamber ¹ 2, in which tortured by water . But Mambetkulov has not recognized it and has told: " This is not that chamber " because the chamber has been whitewashed. But as witnesses acted legal expert Kamil Ruziev and the journalist of Broadcasting Company «Anten TV» Mairambek Duisheev, which confirmed, that it is the chamber ¹ 2. They have told, that on video the premise of the chamber ¹ 2 has been removed only, but experiment with filling with water was not.
