Newspaper "Juma times "is liquidated, probably, together with the founder.

Almaty (Agency «AKI press) - In Almaty has begun litigation on liquidation of the founder of the newspaper "Juma times ", has informed "31 channel" on January, 5th 2006ю "Earlier the edition three times was brought to administrative responsibility. And now,-informs information bureau of the channel, - Office of Public Prosecutor of Auezov area insists on liquidation not only newspaper, but also its founder.

 

"During the last pre-election campaign the newspaper " Juma times " accused of distribution of a false information about the candidate for presidents Noursultan Nazarbaev. Three times circulation withdrew. The founder of the edition,   the open company "Jumash Kokbori" has paid the penalty at a rate of 180 thousand tenge. Numerous administrative infringements also have served as a principal cause for the claim of Office of Public Prosecutor ", - is spoken in the information.

"The first session of court was short. The defender of the edition Sergey Utkin has submitted the petition for transfer of case from economic court in Auezov regional court.  The court has rejected the petition. But the party of the respondent is measured to appeal against this decision in city court ", - informs " 31 channel ".
