Osh city: militia and Hizb-ut-tahrir have collided.

 On 10-January in day of celebrating of Kurmam-ait (Moslem holiday),  in the city of Osh between members of society Hizb-ut-tahrir and employees of local militia there was a skirmish, hardly there was no nearly a  fight.  As the reason of skirmish has served that fact that  law-enforcement bodies have forbidden free-of-charge distribution of meal to inhabitants which was carried out by local members of society «Hizb-ut-tahrir».

In the morning about 10 o’clock in the street Kurmandjan Datka,  members of society «Hizb-ut-tahrir” have started to distribute free-of-charge meal, toys and clothes During this moment there has arrived operative group of city militia, and has taken away free-of-charge meal and things. Among revolted by such actions of militia of members of «Hizb-ut-tahrir»  have begun unrests.  
Last year on this place we spent celebrating  of Kuman –ait . And in this year we wished to  celebrate this holiday too. Now see, employees of militia have taken away somewhere the car with toys. All of you know, that new year in an islam is a memorable holiday, we have celebrate it well. We wished to celebrate Kurman-ait , they  do not allow us. Speak democracy, freedom of democracy, they are moslems, but do not allow to celebrate Kurman-ait, the member of society «Hizb-ut-tahrir»  Arunbek  Toktobaev -has expressed his opinion.
Employees of militia have refused to give interview in occasion of that meal, which distributed to people have illegally withdrawn.  And the first assistant to mayor of the city of Osh  Afsidin Alanov has regarded actions of members of «Hizb-ut-tahrir» as the action which harms state security.:
-How it is possible to eat in this cold place. We spoke, that people have found a place and have organized there meal. Here there are no conditions. They have another purpose.
