The additional information

  The Chief  of Regional department of Internal Affairs of city Tokmok  asks court to involve to criminal liability the legal expert for slander and the insult of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Bishkek, on January, 6th. (Agency «Kabar»).  In Tokmok city court has passed the first session consideration of case , concerning Maxim Kuleshov, the head of public association " the World-light of culture ", and the coordinator of  " Tokmok resource center for human rights " accused in slander and the insult. The occasion for charge of M. of Kuleshov,  chief of regional department of Internal Affairs of city Tokmok A. Koshokbaev has seen in forms of appeal of the given organization, and also newspaper clauses on the fact of failure on December, 2nd, 2005 actions against tortures.

On December, 2nd, 2005 public association " the World-light of culture " and " Tokmok resource center  for human rights " spent the action "Tokmok against tortures, help to stop tortures ", on the  square of city Tokmok, about which on November, 29th, 2005 has notified the mayoralty  of city Tokmok.  This very day "unknown persons ", in the militian form, have tried to break the action, having  withdrawn  a card of memory from the digital camera, having disconnected power supplies of the audio-amplifier. One of them ordered to load the equipment into the car.  From A.Koshokbaev's application in court, it was found out, that " the given officials " should provide carrying out of the given action.
