Nurlan Motuev threatens official authority.

Bishkek (Agency AKIpress) - General director of state  joint-stock company "Ak-Kulak" Nurlan Motuev threatens official authority. So have commented on January, 11th, 2006 in the press-service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyz Republic on the following events which have occured one of these days in Naryn  area of Zhumgal region.  

As have informed in the press-service to agency AKIpress, on January, 9th about 10 o'clock in the morning near Jumgal regional department of Internal Affairs in village Chaek has gathered nearby 350 person led by N.Motuev, a member of coordination council Zhunusov, Kachkyn Bulatov.

On meeting the head of regional state administration R. Kerimov took part.

According to the press-service, by gathered have been undertaken attempt of capture  of regional department of Internal Affairs and provocation of fight. N.Motuev demanded the answer: On what basis without the sanction of public prosecutor the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who have arrived from Bishkek, wish to arrest.

Also N.Motuev has declared, that in case of the further attempts to detain him, he, having collected a youth team, will organize arson of Regional department of Internal Affairs.  

P.Kerimov has explained, that employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived not  to  arrest Motuev, but for carrying out of investigatory actions on the fact of explosion of grenade  on coal cut  on Kara-Keche. After that holding a meeting dispatch.

Uzbeks of Kyrgyzstan ask the president to protect them from displays of nationalism.
 
Before a Muslim holiday Ijd-I Kurman  took place next VII kurultai (congress) of Uzbek national-cultural center  of Jalal-Abad area of Kyrgyzstan. On it was accepted the form of address to the president of country Kurmanbek Bakiev,  in which is expressed  concern by displays of nationalism, Fergana.ru  informs.
Interethnic problems in region exist for a long time, but they have become aggravated after the March events of the last year, led to change of authority in the country: " On present time we continue to remain object of the illegal attitude and prosecutions from fiscal, law-enforcement and other agencies of the government,  which are supported due to taxes which we pay... ", - it is spoken in  a form of address.
As an example, is given the case, when some women of the title nation have rushed into a cabinet of mayor of the city of Dzhalalabad and at presence of members of the state commission and  began to offend in every possible way Uzbek people, have sounded threats by arsons, mass destruction and recurrence of the Osh events of 1990. Thus, neither mayor of city, nor the representative of the governor of the area, present here, did not react in any way to behaviour of these women.

In opinion of delegates  of Kurultai , signed the form of address, all this occur, because many high-ranking officials and politicians of a various level express, including in mass-media, exclusive rights of Kyrgyz people on this ground and its riches, not taking into consideration legitimate interests of other ethnic groups. In the document is spoken that, absence or non-observance of rules of ethics of civil servants, impunity and offensive statements of separate officials and, so-called "revolutionaries" on places, who continue to demand a post and other blessings for their "merits" before present authority during March events of 2005, generate mistrust to new authority and discredit it.
In summary representatives of Uzbeks of Kyrgyzstan ask the head of the state " to define clearly the position concerning to representatives of other nationalities, including, and to Uzbeks, at carrying out of internal policy of the state and officially to declare about it in mass media ".
