Leaders of "the Solar coalition" are accused of crimes against public safety.

Chairman of the oppositional "the Solar coalition "of Uzbekistan Sanjar Umarov and the coordinator of the coalition Nodira Hidoyatova, arrested in the autumn of 2005 on charge in economic crimes, can appear before trial already in the end of January.
Lawyers and relatives of oppositionists have informed "to Fergana. ru", that investigation brings against them charge under clause 243 - " Legalization of the incomes received from criminal activity ". This clause concerns to section ?6 of the Criminal code of Republic Uzbekistan" Crimes against public safety ", and provides punishments from 5 till 10 years of imprisonment.
Lawyers of Umarov and Hidoyatova express concern in connection with that appointments to the clients cannot achieve, and also do not receive access to materials of investigation and bills of particulars. Criminal case is transferred for consideration in court of city of Tashkent. To preside over litigation, according to lawyers, there will be judge R.Isaev. Exactly this judge has conducted whole series of the closed trials above participants of the Andijan events.
There is a danger, that the trial above leaders of " the Solar coalition " will have also the closed character.
