E.Bajsalov: Special services have begun information campaign on discredit of the non-governmental organizations.

Bishkek. (Agency « AKIpress) - last days in mass-media of Kyrgyzstan and on some web-sites the publications discussing a role of nongovernmental sector of Kyrgyzstan and accusing them in service of interests of the USA and the western donors have become frequent. These clauses contain such charges basically to address of the Coalition "For democracy and a civil society" and personally its leader E.Bajsalov.

Today clauses on this theme have appeared in newspapers "the word of Kyrgyzstan ", " Bishkek Times "and "the Crime and punishment ". And, clause " Daughters-mothers in an American way", published under the signature of A.Toktagaziev in the Friday appendix to " the Word of Kyrgyzstan " " In a weekend " is a literal statement of clause published the last week in the newspaper " the Crime and punishment " under R.Kadyrbekova 's signature. As is known, that in 2002-2005 in the governmental press intensive campaign on discredit of domestic non-governmental organizations, which has stopped only after events on March, 24th was carried out.
In opinion of the president of the Coalition "For democracy and a civil society" E.Bajsalov, behind publications of these clauses stands the Head of special services Tashtemir Ajtbaev, on whose resignation the nongovernmental organizations insist some months. As he said, for last month the Coalition also intensively was checked by structures on a line of tax inspection and Social Fund, which have not found any infringements.

"All activity, the purposes and mission of the Coalition " For democracy and a civil society " not only completely carried out within the frames of the law, but also absolutely correspond to expectations of people, national priorities and a state policy of Kyrgyzstan " - has declared Edil Baisalov, who also has assured, that his organization is measured to continue the activity "despite of everything".

The coalition "For democracy and a civil society" last years of A.Akaev's board has turned in leading general-civil movement with widely developed structure across all Kyrgyzstan. Last months the Coalition actively criticizes activity of Administration of K.Bakiev for recoil from gains of national revolution on March, 24th.
