The deputies of Parliament of Kyrgyz Republic refused to the Plenipotentiary representative of the President D. Narymbaev, which has asked to give up to Tekebaev in participation on session of Council of Safety .

 Bishkek. on 9 th of February. (Agency «Kabar» ). The deputies of Parliament of Kyrgyz Republic have refused to Plenipotentiary representative of the President of Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Narymbaev , which addressed to them with the question about the giving up in the participation of the speaker of the Parliament Omurbek Tekebaev in the work of Council of safety of the Kyrgyz Republic. As noted D. Narymbaev , " the speaker of the Parliament on 7 th of February allowed to himself offend the President and therefore has no moral right to take part in session.". At their turn, some deputies declared, that as the acting speaker, O. Tekebaev  must participate  in the session of Council of Safety. Besides, the deputy Dooronbek Sadyrbaev, speaking about question of possible resignation of the speaker, has declared, that this is not the personal business of O. Tekebaev , as he was elected by the deputies. "We have entrust him the fate of Jogorku Kenesh , if O. Tekebaev further  will intend on own resignation, than I will express him my distrust", - has declared the parliamentarian. Besides, the General Public Prosecutor of Kyrgyz Republic Kambaraly Kongantiev made the warning  to the speaker of parliament Omurbek Tekebaev. As he has noted, " on February, 7th the speaker has admitted a number of statements of offensive tone in the cynical form to address of the head of the state ". As he said, it contradicts norms of behavior in civilized  world and touches the honour, dignity and business reputation of the president. 

In the House of the government took place the session of Security Council.

The first part has been devoted to questions of autocratic capture of the grounds, another's property and arbitrariness. Besides, the prime minister of Kyrgyz Republic Felix Kulov has reported on a situation in coal deposit «Karakeche».

M. Niyazov has suggested to speaker of Jogorku Kenesh Omurbek Tekebaev to apologize  the President of Kyrgyz Republic Kurmanbek Bakiev,  which was not present  in a hall.  The speaker has refused. There was a verbal skirmish between him and the head of Administration of President of Kyrgyz Republic. O.Tekebaev has left session, after that in a hall  came in K.Bakiev.

Bishkek. (Agency «AKIpress) – The speaker of Jogorku Kenesh Omurbek Tekebaev , in the morning on 9 of February have met with the representatives of civil society  – Asiya Sasykbaeva , Edil Baisalov, Omurbek  Abdrahmanov , Elnura Osmonalieva and others.  

«We have specially came to Tekebaev , to say him, that he should not submit any application on resignation. We demand from him to not remove the responsibility  and continue to work», - informed A. Sasykbaeva to agency «AKIpress» after the meeting.
She also informed, speaker will submit the application on resignation with 2 requirements . «First, that he will be provided safety on 1 and half a year , his employees after his resignation will not be exposed persecutions», - has told  A.Sasykbaeva.
Also was noted, that Tekebaev officially did not submit an application.

«As appears, to him addressed Sydykov, Niyazov, Narymbaev ,  that he should not participate in the Council of safety ,  have motivated, that ostensibly,  that the President does not want to sit near him», -  have told O. Abdrahmanov and Sasykbaeva ,  adding ,  that « this conflict should not go to people».

«We have demanded ,  that he will take part in Council of Safety, as he represent the people , as deputy .  We considered, that if he will not attend session of Council of Safety, than it will be the failure of policy of Kyrgyzstan », - has told  A.Sasykbaeva.

The representatives of civil society also informed, that in Parliament Tekebaev informed today about it, but the deputies persuaded him to attend the session.  He also has told, that  at deputies  wish to have a speech the General Public Prosecutor Kambaraly  Kongantiev  and Plenipotentiary  representative Daniyar Narymbaev,  but deputies have told, that will listen  them without the speaker.

A.Beknazarov has rebuked the Public prosecutor: you are  exceed your  powers.

Bishkek. (Agency «AKIpress) – The deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic Azimbek Beknazarov in occasion of the  statement of Public prosecutor Kambaraly Kongantiev for public prosecutor's reaction to words of Tekebaev has answered so: " With it we  shall ourselves  look in Jogorku Kenesh.  And you do not forget, that you are in parliament ".

A.Beknazarov also has concerned words of Tekebaev  "Yes we agree, that such took place. But you do not forget, that it is parliament, - he has told, addressing to K.Kongantiev. – Making to us the prevention, you are exceeding powers. If after the President the Public prosecutor comes and frightens us, what is it?  Is it such policy against parliament? You do not have such right to do such preventions. I do not accept it, and I think, that other deputies too will not accept ".

 He has declared, that considers it as "attacks on  Jogorku Kenesh".

Further he has told, that Jogorku Kenesh will discuss tomorrow the statement of the President and words of Tekebaev.  

Deputy Kubatbek Bajbolov has agreed with A.Beknazarov. He has told to K.Kongantiev: "you have obviously exceeded the powers. It will be necessary to consider it with deputies. You exceed official powers and besides do not carry out the direct duties ".
