Also, according to E.Smirnova, in 2003, having opened Maria Onishchenko's apartment, the floor space was occupied by the chief of a city department of militia ? 10 Taalai Alijanov with his family. M.Onishchenko's apartment was empty 10 years since the mistress has disappeared in 1993 together with the daughter and till present time on their location is not known. According to E.Smirnova, the employee of militia has no rights to the given apartment.

E.Smirnova has resulted such example, that the chief of October regional department of Internal Affairs Panfilov has charged to investigate the fact of illegal occupation of apartments by T.Alizhanov to T.Alizhanov. " And T.Alizhanov, having lead investigations, in the actions has not found structure of a crime ", - E.Smirnova has told. Illegal actions of militiamen, according to E.Smirnova, are promoted by the head of territorial public council ? 3 Nina Lukjanova.

The heads of house committees of 3, 4, 5, 6 micro districts have addressed to the President , where ask him to create the investigatory- operative group, including the State Office of Public Prosecutor and the Service of National Safety for investigation of the set forth above facts, as to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs , which break the law, they do not trust. However any reactions did not follow.
