30 years old inhabitant of Tashkent Avraam Yagudaev has been found on February, 22nd in the street, nearby to the Tashkent synagogue, with serious traumas.

As later has informed Agency of the Jewish news, from received wounds Avraam Yagudaev has died in republican surgery center of Uzbekistan on February, 25th. " He has died of the heavy craniocereberal traumas received as a result of armed assault on him for some days up to it. The underlying reason of the crime while is not clear, and authorities obviously do not hasten with investigation ", - journalists of AJN informed.

As correspondent of AJN emphasized, representatives of the Jewish community of Tashkent have been extremely disturbed by destruction of Yagudaev , which has followed in two weeks after brutal beating of Grigory Akilov - the son of chairman of the cultural center of Bukhara Jews "Simho" Tamara Akilova. This eighteen-year young man till now is in hospital.

The Jewish mass-media also inform that before unknown malefactors have put serious traumas to 65-years Joseph Grinberg, to the former head physician of Syr-Darya regional hospital. In all listed cases attacked have not been found.

According to some messages, Avraam Yagudaev has suffered as a result of road and transport incident, and the originator of road accident from a place of tragedy has disappeared.

Representatives of the Jewish community of Tashkent, according to AJN , do not consider an attack on Avraam Yagudaev casual and mark, that the leader of a community constantly clashed with the local authorities, tried to withdraw at the Tashkent Jews a building of a synagogue.

On February, 27th the opinion in occasion of murder of the coreligionist has stated a management of Federation of the Jewish communities of the CIS. The president of Federation of the Jewish communities of the CIS Lev Levaev has called authorities of Uzbekistan to lead serious investigation of the reasons of death of A.Jagudaev and to establish, whether there was the antiSemitic action.

In the statement of president of Federation of the Jewish communities of the CIS is spoken, that "Avraam Yagudaev , the father of four children, was chairman of a community of Bukhara Jews in Tashkent during last 4 years and has deserved deep respect at local Jews, owing to the activity on transformation of Tashkent into one of the centers of the Jewish life ".

However almost simultaneously with L.Levaev's statement , yesterday, on February, 27th chairman of Committee on affairs of religions of Uzbekistan Shoazim Minovarov has declared in interview to the Russian agency REGNUM, that " neither among chairmen of the Jewish communities, nor among rabbis Yagudaev did not appear, and worked as the shoemaker in the city market ".

According to S.Minovarov, now in the city of Tashkent three synagogues from which two belong to Bukhara Jews function. "Chairmen of these religious communities are Boris Shimonov and Arcady Isaharov, and Avraam Yagudaev there does not appear ", - has noted Minovarov.

According to MigNews, Avraam Yagudaev worked as the lecturer in institute of pharmaceutics in Tashkent. He also taught the Jewish traditions at school of the organization "Djoint" and was rabbi of a local synagogue. Last post has passed to him in the inheritance from the father.

Murder, informs MigNews has occured during that moment when Yagudaev went on an evening pray to a synagogue. After he has not come back home, his family has begun searches.

The Israeli diplomats have addressed to a management of city with the requirement to investigate an antiSemitic crime. However the police approves, that Yagudaev has been killed with the purpose of a robbery - at him the leather jacket has been stolen. Meanwhile, money and valuable things at killed have not been touched.
