Nurlan Motuev has entrusted the president and has threatened the newspaper "Evening Bishkek " and Gazeta.kg

Chairman of board of state joint-stock company “Ak-Ulak" Nurlan Motuev has declared today the intention to bring an action against the newspaper " Evening Bishkek ", informs IA “AKIress.
Nurlan Motuev is going to demand from the newspaper “Evening Bishkek” 10 million soms for a material under the name "Motuev is deposed ", published in issue from February, 24, 2006.
Motuev has accused " Evening Bishkek " in the publication of the false and unchecked information. He has denied data of the newspaper that was born in 1971, married 5 times, has no high education, and also has made plunders at a rate of 100 million soms on cut(section) “Kara-Keche”.
As approves Motuev , he was born in 1969, has been married only once, has 2 high educations, and the state joint-stock company "Akulak" has run into debt to the state 100 million soms, only because it’s former owners, Tilek Sabyrov and Orozbek Duisheev deliberately wanted to make bankrupt the enterprise.
Nurlan Motuev is going to submit the claim on the newspaper " Evening Bishkek” in Sverdlovsk regional court of the city Bishkek. " But if the court will make the wrong decision [i.e. not for the benefit of Nurlan Motuev], let "Evening Bishkek" does not take offence. I shall go on extreme, radical measures. Wait for awful consequences , concerning "Evening Bishkek", - has warned Motuev. .
