One of motive forces of revolution on March, 24th, 2005 was discontent of people with revelry of criminality in the country: authority merged with criminal groupings , consequences of which till now are reaped. March, 2005 has given hope that the criminality will be bridled. However, events, which occur in post- revolutionary the period, should guard and cause serious concern. As bright example can serve the events which have developed around of criminal case concerning Ilyas Abdykadyrov and Jumagali Bekkuliev , and also Aldoyar Ismankulov. The first have been detained with charged pistols of mark Makarov on February, 23rd, 2006 in Bishkek in area of central store. As the press-service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyz Republic informed, pistols were ready to shooting , as cartridges were in cartrige chambers. From the conclusion of judicial-ballistic examination follows,that the pistol withdrawn from Z.Bekkuliev passed on not opened double murder on a motorway Bishkek-Torugart. The second - well-known employee of the Service of National Safety.

The examples specified above, testifies to efforts of law enforcement bodies by virtue of the powers and opportunities to bridle the organized crime. Activity of law enforcement bodies repeatedly criticized from the party of the majority of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh. However, causes bewilderment of action from separate deputies because of which about impartiality of investigatory actions to speak it is not necessary any more as from their party there is a pressure of different character with use of the mechanism of legislature. So, after selection of a preventive punishment, in October court with the petition for change of a preventive punishment (clearing from under guards) concerning I.Abdykadyrov have addressed deputies of Jogorku Kenesh Kamchibek Tashiev , Aitibai Tagaev , Iskander Gaipkulov and Saidilla Nyshanov. And the petition for clearing under guard A.Ismankulov under the guarantee have written Roman Shin , Iskander Gaipkulov , Hadjimurat Korkmazov.
It turns out, that while the country is in a condition of deep economic depression, people's choices - deputies of Jogorku Kenesh Kamchibek Tashiev , Aitibai Tagaev, Iskander Gaipkulov and Saidilla Nyshanov , and Roman Shin , Iskander Gaipkulov , Hadjimurat Korkmazov instead of the decision of the sharpest problems of the country are engaged in clearing of the persons suspected of fulfilment of grave crimes. Actions of the above-named deputies discredits as a whole all legislature.

In this connection the question on the parliament of republic in present structure again topically sounds. In fact people has risen on March, 24th because of discontent with structure of present parliament. Whether we can wait for the termination of term of their powers to select really national parliament: Parliament which will protect interests of citizens of Kyrgyzstan, instead of interests of doubtful people; the Parliament which will struggle with the organized crime instead of to petition for their clearing.

Actions of the above-stated misters testifies to close communications with doubtful persons which law enforcement bodies have named as members of organized criminal grouping. It discredits as a whole authority in opinion of the public and the world community.
