Really, to do a vaudeville is from what. First, phrases from letter of Mairam Akaeva (at all to him, by the way, was not addressed) which Sydykov demands to recognize mismatching the validity, are only expression of her subjective opinion.
- can the court decide, that Mairam Duishenovna does not consider, for example, that " attempt of the high-ranking officials to combine the responsibility on family of Akaev " is lie?! And how after a refutation the phrase about a reputation of innocent woman Bermet should sound? As "a malicious name guilty men Bermet ", It does not keep within my logic, - the lawyer has declared. – besides, the Supreme court of Kyrgyz Republic forbids to other courts to pass the decision on a refutation of the data having estimated character.

Nevertheless, U.Sydykov - the dangerous opponent, and the lawyer of the ex-president recognizes it:
- To struggle with him will be difficult and quite probably, the decision of court will appear not in our advantage. Nevertheless, hardly the claimant will receive the sum demanded by him: in our practice yet there were no precedents that the court has decided to pay to the victim more than 3-5 % from required as compensation of mental cruelty should not serve as way of enrichment.
By the way, by estimation of Maksimovich , one million dollars is a salary of the president of Kyrgyzstan for 300 years!
The correspondent of White steamship" has taken an interest at Maksimovich, how much, from the point of view of jurisprudence, was lawful from U.Sydykov to bring an action also on mass-media, only for publication of another's independent opinion by them.
- Understand, the matter is that in your country, as well as in Russia, the claim if it is paid by the state duty, it is possible to submit and on a recognition of the property right to the Moon. In the remedial code of the USA is told, that the court can give up in acceptance of the claim in view of its obvious senselessness.
