| 09.03.2006 To the President of Kyrgyz Republic Bakiev K. S. Dear Kurmanbek Salievich ! We address to you with the request to take necessary measures concerning the head of the State film-concern " Kyrgyzkino " Zamir Eraliev, who has broken norms of a professional etiquette of civil servant of Kyrgyz Republic, and also laws of Kyrgyz Republic, having made on February, 26th, 2006a assault and battery, concerning the national actor of the Kyrgyz Republic, known movie producer Aktan Abdykalykov (Aktan Arym Kubat ) In 2006, despite of the protest from the cinema public, you have appointed Zamir Eraliev to a responsible post of the president of State film-concern "Kyrgyzkino ". Then among leaders of boycott has acted Aktan Abdykalykov . We regard beating of Aktan Abdykalykov as thought over and planned from the president of State film-concern attempt to intimidate and humiliate more authoritative colleague. We are disturbed especially with that fact, that the given incident took place in official establishment and that Zamir Eraliev considers possible to avoid the responsibility for infringement of the law. We consider, that Zamir Eraliev has not justified your trust and has not coped with the responsibility which to him assign a high post of the president of State film-concern " Kyrgyzkino ". Besides, by unworthy behaviour he has caused an essential losses to authority of the persons identifying with events on March, 24th, 2005. We address to you with the offer to dismiss from a post of the president of State film-concern "Kyrgyzkino" Zamir Eraliev for his irresponsible nonprofessional behaviour and infringement of the law that is incompatible with the status of the civil servant.
