Kazakhstan has given out to Kyrgyzstan the colleague of U.Baryktabasov, accused in the organization of disorders on June, 17th.

Bishkek. (Agency “AKIpress) - Kazakhstan has given out to the Kyrgyz party the coordinator of Movement of new generation "Mekenim - Kyrgyzstan " Dastan Kadyrov. Procedure of delivery has passed on 7 March, 2006.

Let's remind, the Service of National Safety of Kyrgyz Republic has raised the criminal case, concerning D.Kadyrov under clauses "attempt on violent capture of authority " and " mass disorders ". He is accused in that, having entered in arrangement with leader of Movement of new generation Urmat Baryktabasov , has organized crowd and has rushed into the House of the Government on June, 17th, 2005 where has made pogroms, destruction of property, application of violence over workers of militia, and also planned to organize the same actions in other cities of Kyrgyzstan. On July, 5th, 2005 D.Kadyrov has been declared in search. On January, 7th, 2006 he has been detained in Almaty by employees of the Kazakh Office of Public Prosecutor on demand of State Office of Public Prosecutor of Kyrgyz Republic. Till March, 7th D.Kadyrov was in investigatory insulator of city Almaty.

In February, 2006 relatives and D.Kadyrov's lawyers asked the President of Kazakhstan Noursultan Nazarbaev to give to him a political asylum, as consider, that " he ran to Kazakhstan on political grounds ". According to the convention of the United Nations which have signed also Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan in Kishinev on October, 7th, 2002, " delivery is not made, if the person is pursued on political grounds ".

Management of the Supreme commissioner of the United Nations on affairs of refugees has already condemned Dastan Kadyrov’s compulsory delivery. As informs agency Prima-News, in the press release from March, 10th, the Management of the Supreme Commissioner of the United Nations on affairs of refugees marks, that Astana has ignored its request to refrain from Kadyrov's deportation, having broken main principles of the Convention of the United Nations about the status of refugees.
In opinion of former General Public Prosecutor pf the Kyrgyz republic A. Beknazarov and the some non-governmental organizations , in actions of actions of Barktabasov there was no intention of capture of authority, they only achieved Barktabasov’s registration as a candidate in presidents and have come to the house of the government with the protest. In their opinion, the Service of National Safety has fabricated against them capture of authority. Holding a meeting entered into the house of the government and then they came out.
