Kazakhstan: the oppositionist Bulat Abilov has returned from hospital in special reception centre.

On March, 27th the co-chairman of Democratic party of Kazakhstan " Present Ak-Jol" and a member of presidium of movement " For fair Kazakhstan " Bulat Abilov again has returned in special reception centre  of the Alma-Ata police department  for administratively arrested persons.

Let's remind, that on February, 28th, 2006, by the decision of specialized inter district administrative court of Almaty, Bulat Abilov is recognized as " the organizer of illegal meeting and the procession which  took  place of 26.02.2006  and guilty in fulfilment of an administrative offence " and in the form of the official penalty is arrested for the period of 5 (five) day.

Next day, on the basis of the protest of public prosecutor  of Bostandyk  region of Almaty T.Kaliakberov from 01.03.2006 the  arrest has been prolonged by definition of Almaty city court for the period of 15 (fifteen) day.

On March, 2nd, 2006 in connection with death of the close relative (the mother  of  wife ) to Bulat Abilov was delayed the  execution of the decision of Almaty city court for the term till 10 day (from 15.15 o’clock   02.03.2006) - for rendering assistance in carrying out of funeral and other ritual ceremonies, i.e. up to 13.03.2006 .
Having continued to sit  in special reception centre , B.Abilov  since March, 13th has continued the political hunger-strike declared by  him in connection with illegality of judicial acts of specialized inter district administrative court of Almaty and Almaty city court.

On March, 19th, 2006, on the seventh day of hunger-strike, Bulat Abilov has felt strong deterioration of state of health and under the insisting of lawyer Serikkali Musin, has been hospitalized. Doctors ascertained an exhaustion of an organism and strong downturn of a blood pressure (up to 60х80).
