Inspector of Jalal-Abad Department of Internal Affairs has brought an action against local legal experts.

Jalal-Abad  - Senior inspector  of Jalal-Abad regional Department of Internal Affairs Ali Mageev has brought an action in city court of  Jalal-Abad  with the statement of claim on  1 million soms to the chairman of regional Council of remedial organization "Validity" Valentina Gritsenko, the lawyer of this organization Mahamatjan Abdujaparov  and the journalist of the newsletter of the organization " the Right for all " Abdumalik Sharipov, and also two inhabitants of Suzak  region.
The press-secretary  of the remedial organization "Validity" Abdumalik Sharipov has informed on it  to the correspondent  of the “AKIpress-Fergana “ . As he said, the inspector of the regional Department of Internal Affairs denies the facts resulted in article "Beat women, even pregnant women " which has been written by A.Sharipov and is published in January, 2006 in the bulletin " the Right for all ",   where it is spoken about A.Mageev's ostensibly illegal actions and power pressure at investigatory work. A.Mageev has addressed in court with the application for that the author of clause A.Sharipov, head and the lawyer of "Validity" who have given to the journalist this information, should pay to  him 1 million soms  of indemnification for material and moral damage, should officially apologize and  should publish a refutation.

"This article has been written on the basis of applications of the victims submitted in remedial  organization "Validity ", - the press-secretary  of remedial  organization approves . -We did not wish to blacken specially inspector A.Mageev, and were guided by desire to protect victims ".

Let's note, the newsletter "the Right for all" is registered in 1998, is issued in the Kyrgyz , Russian and Uzbek languages and  distributed  free of charge. In the bulletin the questions, concerning human rights and offences are taken up.
