The most known patient of capital, perhaps, six-years Natasha Egemberdieva, has suffered from house violence. The girl for three months got in hospital twice. First time with craniocerebral trauma, the second - with the strongest burn, after which child she could die. Natasha approves, that her stepmother beat her and placed her in boiled water. The friend will understand better, than mum.
House violence over children - a scourge of our time. There is no official data on a syndrome of cruel treatment with them. Talant Omurbekov, the head physician of the children's hospital of the first aid conducts his own statistics since 1994, one of the first lifted this problem in Kyrgyzstan.
Monthly, according to professor Omurbekov, to them in hospital come from four up to six children who have suffered from hands of relatives or contempoparies. But actually, their quantity is much more, in fact are fixed only those facts, when the emergency help in a hospital is required to the crippled child.
More often children are injured by people strangers, neighbours, on the second place - parental mutilation, then - crippled by contempoparies children. Means, that with coevals our offsprings find common language easier? That you will not tell about adults who beat children. And not simply beat, and torture children. And the main thing - who? The relatives.
Me beat, and I beat.
The chronicle of house violence amazes with the wildness. The body of the little girl, who have got in branch of reanimation of hospital of first aid, represented continuous bruise. As has appeared, mother beat the daughter with lash. Probably, until the hand is not tired.
Other mummy, having beaten the little son, also has broken, as a chip, his hand. What is the most surprising, that the boy has forgiven the mother and already next day embraced her for a neck, when she has come to visit him in hospital. Mum all the same...
One more relative brought up left to him on care the teenager by fanatic methods: hang the child head over heels and extinguished on his body a cigarette!
According to Omurbekov , 70 percent of crippled - boys. The greater number of the suffered children come in clinic in the age of 7-12 years. Mock at own children equally both the townspeople, and peasants. On character of damages craniocereberal traumas is more often: the furious ancestors splash out the anger, threshing children on a head.
To reveal the fact of violence frequently happens very difficultly. On a recognition of teachers, they quite often notice traces of beatings at the pupils. But rare pupils admit, who from them do this, father or mother. And parents hide. Usually the facts are found out by doctors if legends of parents do not coincide with character of the traumas received by the child. Though, physicians at hospitalization register all circumstances in an out-patient card and on each such case necessarily inform militia, but criminal cases, as a rule, are not raised. Who will testify against himself?
Such children do not think out.
About sexual violence conversation is special. The family of the suffered child frequently does not inform the similar facts. Our mentality orders to remove the traces - " guilty, it is a shame ". Therefore, in courts there are a few cases on the facts of violence over children. And if case has reached court, judges quite often appear at a loss –trust or not trust, in fact the fact of mockery is established basically according to the victim of child. However, at experts of children's mental health, the opinion on this account unequivocal: the child will not think up such things.
In children's branch ¹ 6 of the Republican center of mental health, according to its manager Julia Chigaeva, statistics on the facts of violence are not conducted. On treatment children with problems of the behaviour, the lowered background of the mood, buttoned up, aggressive, severe, with the underestimated self-estimation come. Such infringements of mentality happen owing to emotional violence or the stress. For last five years is revealed three facts of sexual violence.
Why beat children ?
The manager of the organization "Save children" (Denmark), the psychologist Elena Zaichenko names three reasons.
* the first - the child causes anger of parents if he is considered as a burden.
* the second - the rage on children is vented by the adults, not capable to consult with stress and to supervise own behaviour.
* At last –the inability to bring up. Those who copies model of behaviour of own ancestors –
" beat me and I beat ". The last confirms known true: angrily generates a harm, i.e. the tyrant himself once was a victim, and now his purpose - avenge, take a revenge.
What help is necessary?
- The most terrible, that in these cases to the child is no place to address, there is nobody to search for protection and supports, he appears in the uttermost vacuum, his life becomes a hell, - psychologist Elena Zaichenko considers.
To advise such children very difficultly as after treachery of relatives they cease to trust all adults. The most important to rehabilitations of victims of sexual or physical violence - to move them as it is possible further from the tyrant or the torture.
Just in case .
Above the child the physical violence, is accomplished, if:
- He is tortured, beaten,
- To his health have harmed,
- Have broken his sexual inviolability and sexual freedom,
- Used for this purpose isolation, supervised access to dialogue with contempoparies and relatives.
He is intimidated, if:
- To him inspired fear by means of actions, gestures, sights,
- Used for the intimidations force, growth, age,
- At him shouted,
- Threatened with violence over those who is dear to the child (parents, friends, animal, etc.).
Press psychologically, if:
- Humiliate his dignity,
- Use insulting nicknames,
- Shame him,
- Use him as the transmitter of the information to other parent (adult).
Punish financially, if:
- Do not satisfy his basic needs, supervise his behaviour by means of money,
- Use him as means of the economic wrangle at divorce.
Show cruelty, if:
- Use threat to throw him,
- Use threat of suicide, drawing of physical harm to themselves, or relatives,
- Address with the child as with the servant, with subordinates,
- Refuse to inform him on decisions which concern directly to him , his destiny,
- The child is interrupted during the conversation.

Operative workers of Lenin regional department of militia have detained the young man who is suspected of grave crime.
Under the version of detectives, together with accomplices he has made the armed assault on a room of playing machines. (we informed on this crime in a material " the Bloody strike " in number for February, 16th, 2006. - author.).
At about one o'clock in the morning some criminals have rushed into a room of playing machines on the Manas street. One of attacked has struck with a knife the employee of security service. Bleeding to death security officer could not show resistance. Robbers have demanded money from the manager. That night criminals have taken away hardly more than hundred dollars.
In sphere of searches of detectives have got taxi drivers, who were nearby on duty. One of drivers has told, that brought at the night three suspicious guys. The valuable witness urgently should be carried in regional department for drawing up of identikits of criminals.
Operatives have checked up also persons, before worked here, but have then left. Almost month spent this laborious work which has brought positive result. Under suspicion has got the friend of former employee of room of playing machines . And when detectives managed to get a photo of this guy, they were amazed with unusual similarity to an identikit of one of robbers. The driver has correctly recognized in him the client. The witness, by the way, has unexpectedly recollected one more very important detail. During a strike this young man remained in the car, probably, afraid, that him could identify.
